1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking services with Ansh Tour & Travels, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.

2. Our Role

We act as a travel planner and booking intermediary. Hotels, ferries, cruises, airlines, cabs and activity operators are independent suppliers, and their own terms and conditions also apply to your booking.

3. Enquiries, Quotes & Prices

• Submitting an enquiry or form does not create a booking.
• Packages shown on this website are suggested itineraries; no fixed prices are published.
• Quotes are valid for a limited time and depend on availability at the time of booking. Quote validity: To be confirmed by Ansh Tour & Travels
• Prices may change due to supplier rate changes, taxes, fuel surcharges or government levies until a booking is confirmed.

4. Booking Confirmation & Payment

A booking is confirmed only after you accept a written quote, make the required payment and receive written confirmation from us.

5. Travel Documents

You are responsible for carrying valid photo identification and any permits or documents required for your travel. Foreign nationals must check current entry and permit requirements for the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

6. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries may change due to weather, sea conditions, ferry or flight schedule changes, government orders or other circumstances beyond our control. We will try to offer suitable alternatives; additional costs, if any, are payable by the traveler.

7. Activities & Health

Adventure and water activities are operated by third parties and involve inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk and subject to operator rules, including age, health and fitness requirements. Please disclose medical conditions in advance.

8. Traveler Conduct

Travelers must follow local laws, respect protected areas and tribal reserves, and follow instructions from operators and authorities. Entry into restricted tribal areas and interaction with protected tribes is prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, natural events, strikes, government actions or other events beyond our reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10. Intellectual Property

Website content, text and design belong to Ansh Tour & Travels or are used with permission/licence. Destination photographs are credited to their respective creators (Wikimedia Commons and Unsplash contributors).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra (jurisdiction to be confirmed) shall have jurisdiction.
