1. Booking Cancellations
1. Cancellation by the User:

Cancellation Requests:
To cancel a booking, users must notify us via email at anshtourcom@gmail.com or through the contact form on our website. -
Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total booking amount.

Non-Refundable Deposits:
Any deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable, except in cases where we cancel the booking.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion. In such cases, users will be notified as soon as possible. -
Full Refunds:
If we cancel a booking, users will receive a full refund of any payments made for the cancelled services.

If a user is unable to participate in a booked service due to health or safety concerns, they must provide a medical certificate or relevant documentation to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
