Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellations

1. Cancellation by the User:

  • Cancellation Requests:
    To cancel a booking, users must notify us via email at anshtourcom@gmail.com or through the contact form on our website.

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount.
    • Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount.
    • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total booking amount.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits:
    Any deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable, except in cases where we cancel the booking.

2. Cancellation by the Company:

  • Right to Cancel:
    We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion. In such cases, users will be notified as soon as possible.

  • Full Refunds:
    If we cancel a booking, users will receive a full refund of any payments made for the cancelled services.

2. Refunds

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund Requests:
    Users must submit refund requests via email at anshtourcom@gmail.com or through the contact form on our website within 30 days of the scheduled service date.

  • Conditions for Refunds:
    Refunds will be issued based on the terms outlined in the cancellation policy. Refunds are not provided for no-shows or for cancellations made after the service has been rendered.

2. Processing Refunds:

  • Timeframe:
    Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation or refund request.

  • Payment Method:
    Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Changes to Bookings

1. Modification Requests:
Users may request changes to their bookings by contacting us via email at anshtourcom@gmail.com or through the contact form on our website. Modification requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Approval of Changes:
All booking modifications are subject to our approval. We will confirm any changes via email.

4. Exceptions and Special Cases

1. Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), we reserve the right to cancel bookings. In such cases, users will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

2. Health and Safety:
If a user is unable to participate in a booked service due to health or safety concerns, they must provide a medical certificate or relevant documentation to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
